Duplicate transaction finder
Overlapping statement exports are how duplicates sneak into the books: January's file ends mid-month and February's file starts a week earlier. Paste the rows, or two exports one after the other, and this tool lists every exact duplicate and every same-day same-amount pair, with the row numbers, before your accounting software double-counts them.

A repeated header row between the two pastes is recognised and ignored.
Limitations
- Two identical rows are not always an error: two coffees at the same café on the same day look exactly alike. The tool reports; the statement decides.
- Same-day same-amount matches need recognisable Date and Amount (or Money in/out) headers; without them only exact whole-row duplicates are found.
- Rows are compared as text, so the same transaction exported with different date formats or descriptions by two different tools will not match exactly.
